If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Please complete the client forms honestly and accurately. It is important for me to have a full overview and to be aware of any allergies, ongoing conditions or symptoms that you are experiencing to make sure that your treatment is tailored appropriately if necessary and that you get the most from the treatment.

I will refuse to treat anyone who is behaving inappropriately or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  I cannot complete reflexology on feet if you are suffering from a fungal infection, we will need to reschedule.  Reflexology is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy, please do not book an appointment until at least 14 weeks.

The safety of myself and my clients is my main priority.  Current guidelines from the Government allow close contact treatments to take place, but I do have some additional measures in place to maintain a safe treatment protocol. 

My clients privacy is of the upmost importance to me.
